BAM has 2 joint venture entities in operation, namely:
1. Ari Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Ari AMC)
With a paid-up registered capital of 275,000,000 baht, Ari AMC engages in asset management business, having BAM's shareholding of 50%.
2. Arun Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Arun AMC)
With a paid-up registered capital of 1,000,000,000 baht, Arun AMC engages in asset management business under joint venture and control, having BAM's shareholding of 50%.
