("BAM"), under which users of the website accept the obligation stated therein, users who visit and search for information on assets as well as various information and other components accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Content, text, information, and terms and conditions on this website
Shall not be deemed as offering for sale of BAM's assets of any types, or as inducing any application for purchase of BAM's assets. This website shall be regarded only as provision of preliminary data for parties interested in access to information on asset items to be put for sale by BAM.

2. Asset items to be offered for sale by BAM
Shall be on an as-is, where-is basis, i.e., in the present conditions and whether immediately apparent or not. BAM makes no warranties as to the fitness and readiness of each asset item, its boundary, area size, and conditions, as well as the asset accuracy against the item description, information, and any other details in the land title deed, certificate of condominium unit ownership, document of rights, or any other documents.    

3. No representation and no liability
Shall be made and assumed by BAM as to whether any asset items offered for sale by BAM shall be free from any expropriation, encroachment, or deprivation of rights or not.

4. Before bidding for the asset, the bidder/prospective buyer is obligated to check all details regarding the asset
As BAM will deems that the bidder/prospective buyer has sufficiently and completely acknowledged the conditions and limitations of the asset.

5. In case the service user expresses intention to buy the asset, or to participate in the bidding for the asset, 
Or conducts any other act through internet network system, BAM shall not ensure email from this website will be sent to the service user, and shall make no warranty as to the privacy and/or the security of the email during the transmission through the internet.  

6. BAM reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate any conditions specified in the offering for sale of the asset 
And the right to cancel the sale of the total asset items, or only any one of them, or several ones of them at any time without prior notice to the service users, the bidders, or the buyers, and without seeking prior consent from the service users, the bidders, or the buyers.
