Scammers are everywhere. These five signs help you stay alert and avoid dangerous traps. If you notice any of these behaviors contact the Cybercrime Hotline 1441 immediately.
1. Suspicious messages
Messages that invite you to invest or claim rewards even though you never registered.
2. Promises that sound too good to be true
Offers of unusually high returns that play on your emotions and trigger greed.
3. Personal bank accounts as payment destinations
Legitimate businesses use official company or institution accounts not personal ones.
4. Vague or incomplete information
Avoiding questions refusing to provide an address or lacking verifiable contact details.
5. Impersonating official organizations
Claiming to represent a government agency or bank but information does not match when checked.
