✅ Customers will receive the following privileges:

🔸 Interest rates:

Year 1: 0%

Years 2–3: 3%

Year 4 onwards: BAM MRR throughout the contract term

🔸 Purchase offer deposit: THB 1,000

This amount will form part of the down payment.

🔸 Down payment: At least 2% of the approved selling price and no less than THB 2,000

The down payment must be made within 15 days from the date of sales approval.

🔸 Instalment payment conditions:

Years 1–2: At least 0.5% of the approved selling price per month

Year 3 onwards: At least 0.7% of the approved selling price per month

🔸 Maximum instalment period: Up to 20 years

The remaining balance must be paid in the final instalment, and the customer must not be over 70 years of age upon completion of the payment term.
